What do you stand for? This has been a question that has been very important to me over the last few years. Knowing what my convictions are.

There is a fallacy of always assuming fault that I have learned over the years. This has not been good on my mental thought processes.

Sometimes we may question if we are good enough. I know I am constantly asking myself this in my life. That self-doubt sucks!!!!

Sometimes it is difficult to properly communicate with others.

Life sucks sometimes, but it's important to step back and realize we won't always be in this situation.

I was letting fear stop me.

Do you ever feel trapped in something just because of all the time, money and energy you put into it? Sometimes you need to shave your soulpatch.

Sometimes we want to stop before things get better. We drive off without reaping the rewards of what we paid for.

It's OK to take a break. This allows you to recharge and refocus yourself for the next time. I took a break on this podcast last week, and I needed it!
