Mary Frink was born in Lodi, CA, where she currently lives and works like a top producing Summit Funding loan officer. After six years of living and working in Pensacola, FL after college, she moved back to Lodi to be closer to her brother and his growing family.

In 2005, Mary jumped back into the mortgage industry, working at Wells Fargo with another now-Summit loan officer, Blake Eagal. Four years later, she found her way to Summit Funding and in 2015, Team Frink was established. She attributes her success to the support of her team, mentors, and coaches, including Todd Scrima.

The Todd-recommended book, “Think Like a Monk,” changed the way she thinks and believes in being kind to your mind. Creating her best story is what brings Mary the most happiness and joy. She loves working hard, helping others, saving money, and adventure – traveling, camping, and kayaking. Mary also never forgets to enjoy her favorites, red wine or tequila.

She lives by the following motto: 
Be the best loan officer you can be… not the #1 loan officer where everyone else is worse than you.
Be the best daughter you can be… not the favorite daughter.
Be the best sister you can be… not the favorite sister.
Be the best friend you can be… not the favorite friend where everyone else is worse than you.
Be the best partner in your life to your chosen person… not the longest-married in misery.
