In this podcast I finally get back to business after my move, I get deep into the book by the amazing Satchin Panda called The Circadian Code, which delves into how time restricted eating can decrease inflammation, help you lose weight and feel better. I wanted to read this book after hearing about his study where 2 groups of mice ate the same food (like the Standard American Diet) but the one that kept their eating in a shorter period of time reaped tons of benefits by simple changing the times that they ate. Very cool research indeed! I also talk about Marie Kondo and the Konmarie Method of decluttering that has helped me get through two downsizing moves in 1 year. Let's be healthy now!
