We often have ideas, concepts and expectations of what we think life should look like. It’s often in those hard defined ideas that we experience suffering because most every expectation is followed by disappointment.
We create ideas because it gives us a false sense of safety. That we’re taking the undefinable, unknown that is the future, and trying to make it known by predicting what it should be and look like.
But rather than trying to control and define it in order to give us the illusion of safety, what if we trusted the unknown?
The invitation is to get comfortable sitting in the metaphoric dark room, in the silence, allowing the unknown to unfold and surprise us. Because the void is the source of all creation and sound only can come out of silence. So we’re learning how to sit here with ourselves without the critic and the judgment we often find ourselves having an internal battle with.
The invitation is to be here now with love. Profoundly trusting that when you let go of the ideas and concepts of what you’re life, or day even, should look like, you get to experience the incredible synchronicities and flow that life naturally presents to you when you let go of trying to control it.
Tune in for more…
Loving you from afar,
Corinne
