Wether it is the physical or mental clutter, we need to remove it. How much extra weight are you carrying around with you? Scale back to your passion only. Scale back your your natural. Upon scaling back, run with it in an intentional way!

Are you listening to understand or to react? Creating an environment where people feel comfortable with speaking up is crucial. Coming from a place of understanding can be the one goal that changes your day to day life the most. I challenge to ask at least one question before responding with a statement.

Who do you have and who do you continue to keep in your circle?

We are not perfect; no one is. The goal should never be to always make the "right" decision. It should be to learn to simply make a decision. I have also found in life that when we experience the biggest growth, it is often through the lessons we receive through making the wrong/ bad decisions. Don't cheat yourself by holding back. 

What is the barking dog in your life? Part of being intentional; intentionally you, is being focused and keeping the distractions to a limit. 

The only person you should be comparing yourself to is the you of yesterday. What will you do today that did not get done prior? What will you do today that will promote growth?

When we say someone is natural it means that person has done something enough to look natural. It, in part, likely means they are following their passion. So, what are you doing to be intentional'; intentionally you? What is your natural?

How will you be intentional today? Will you take action on something that you have been contemplating. Make it happen! I am rooting for you!

Do you feel the need to fight for the all elusive victory of being seen as right? Are you intentional with your day, including your spare time? Would you rather be seen as right or effective? Right or a person of progress? Right or top of mind in a positive way. Do you find yourself responding to everyone or do you pick your battles and decide to simply move on when needed?

What is your focus on? If your passion was not part of your past, you need to put your past behind you and stay active within your passion.
