I woke up in the middle of the night feeling incredibly anxious about something, so today I'm talking you through what I did then and after I woke up for the day to stop the anxiety spiral from completely taking over the rest of my day/week.
Note: everyone experiences anxiety & other emotions differently, and not everything is going to be a quick fix every time. This is one real example from my life that I felt inspired to share, but please note that I definitely don't do this every time anxiety pops up! Trust yourself & your intuition to give you the guidance you need in the moment <3
