In this episode, I actually explain why I believe all of us should be kind. I am very aware of the fact that being kind is not easy but I believe Kindness is the answer to almost everything as it is a group of actions that may teach another person love, compassion and forgiveness. It never makes you seem stupid when you are kind because you are actually just a conscious person who is considerate of other people's feelings. As a result, it is such an honour for me to offer this teaching to everyone listening to this episode.
