Educator, communicator, ambassador. From St. Kitts and Nevis to Taiwan, Francis became a teacher at age 17, studied journalism and mass communication in Ming Chuan University, and graduated with a degree in global health and development from Taipei Medical University. He has been active with the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party since his teens, and recently served as leader of the party’s youth arm, Communications Director, and Young Labour President. Mr. Francis has now returned to Taiwan as ambassador.
