Pro athletes are a rare. Zac Pauga is amongst the rarest as a three sport pro athlete in MMA, the NFL and rugby. In this conversation, we discuss Zac's journey to becoming a three sport pro athlete, following his passions, and his growth as a man over the years. 

Riley Cote played 8 years of professional hockey including 4 with the Philadelphia Flyers. His hard style of play eventually took its toll and he decided to retire from playing at the ripe age of 28 and committed to a life dedicated to self-care, mindfulness and personal development. Riley was called to be of service and share the gift of mindfulness and the integration of scared earth medicines with the world. The mental health crises continues to plague society so it is time to take our power back and learn to lean on our own spine and live life on purpose.

In this conversation we cover his journey to pro hockey and how he took on the role of "enforcer." We also discuss how mindfulness and psychedelics changed his life. 

Nick Carlile is professional coach and mentor with a rich background in education and a heartfelt dedication to personal excellence. Holding a Master's in Education, he first started impacting lives as a High School Football Coach/Teacher before embracing his calling into the world of coaching athletes, leaders, and high performers.

Vinnie Lopez is a former professional MMA fighter and now UFC coach and successful entrepreneur, but he wasn't always. Prior to becoming a pro fighter Vinnie served in one of the most dangerous federal prisons in the country for dealing drugs. 

In this conversation we talk about how he overcame his past to get to where he is now. We also talk about how the darkness inside us that we refuse to look at is what's preventing us from having the true success and meaningful relationships we desire.
