Practicing sweetness is a deliberate hack I'm using to help me navigate relationships with myself and others. Since #covid19 I've been finding it harder to stay true to my light-hearted nature.
I've learned to improve my relationships with myself and others by deliberately staying in my sweetness. I do so by
1. Increasing my ability to trust
2. Setting boundaries
3. Giving zero shits about competition
4. Loving and accepting my self - body, mindset, etc
5. Thinking about my purpose, passion, and contribution to the world
