This week on Conflict Managed we are joined by Stacie Herrell, co-owner of Higher Ground Coffee Co and Vantage Coffee Roasters alongside her husband Kevin.

Stacie attended Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Tennessee at Martin, graduating with an Accounting Degree. She worked for Welcome Home, a home interior retail shop, where she became a Store Manager and Store Opener, traveling across the US.

After a brief stay in Colorado, Stacie returned to Union City in 1995 and worked for her father for two decades. She currently manages the operations of their small business, overseeing both Higher Ground Coffee Co and Vantage Coffee Roasters, which they opened in 2007.

Stacie and Kevin are proud parents of three sons, all of whom have played significant roles in their coffee ventures since day one.
