We all deal with it. Self-doubt, negative self-talk, self deprecating, “rEaLiSm”—whatever you wanna call it: Speaking about yourself in a manner that is anything but constructive and 100% critical. But—how do your friends respond? How do WE respond to ourselves? I’ve taken a stance on negativity in the past few years that I’ve found has really been helpful.
