Be niyaaz kaun hai sach bataye koi

Rishton ki buniyaad bhi samjhaye koi

Zid, ana,  pa ba jaullan hon, varna

Naam rishton ka phir mitaye koi

Hasraten o armaan, maujen hain zeest ki

Koi sahil se milwaye aur dubaaye koi

Chaar din ki zindagi hai, kya fayeda

Gar roothon ko ja kar na manaye koi

Kahin jashn, kahin janaza dekhiye

Naale kahin, kahin naghme sunaye koi

Uth te hain valvale, sulagte hain dil

Ab aag na ja kar lagaye koi

Maskhari ka theka liya hai, magar
