In this week's episode, I will share the crazy (little scary) story from the Aberystwyth beach a while back, and offer you my thoughts regarding the importance of being responsible for ourselves first. We will discuss the difference between playful silliness and dangerous stupidity, and consider how our actions can, and do, affect those around us, especially when we are cared for.
