Together, we’ll pray for peace, wisdom for our leaders, and unity for our nation, lifting up scriptures about trusting in God, righteousness, and praying for those in authority. Below you can find the prayer points and the scriptures!

    1. Trusting in God’s Sovereignty

    • Scripture: Psalm 33:12 – "Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance."

    • Prayer Points:

      • Ask for the election to be led by integrity, wisdom, and truth.

      • Pray for a spirit of unity that respects God’s ways over divisiveness.

    • Scripture: Proverbs 14:34 – "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people."

    3. Praying for Those in Authority
    • Scripture: 1 Timothy 2:1-2 – "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness."

    • Prayer Points:
      • Pray for current and future leaders to be granted wisdom, humility, and discernment.

      • Ask for God to guide leaders in making decisions that promote peace and godliness.

      • Offer God thanks for our leaders who are genuinely seeking God’s guidance.
