The dance space is a varying space and it can be a hard place to make friends at first. I am going to teach you some tricks to help you implement and position yourself to receive and to make the most out of your experiences at your dance studio.

Doing things like:

• Showing up with intention and say it out-loud
• Introducing yourself and using names and asking questions.
• Finding connections with people around you.
• And the rule of vulnerability
• and MORE!!!

Remember that only YOU can make the most of your own experience and some things we just need to get out of comfort zones a bit to make it happen. 

With an ever evolving community, as people are always coming and going, we can still implement these you get to keep evolving too. Keep saying hi, continue to show up with intention, and to resist the comfort of cliques. Inclusion is leadership and sometimes you get to model the behavior you wish to receive.
