We've established what spiritual warfare is, and we've exposed all the blatant and sneaky ways we experience it. Now, it's time to fight it! This week, Tracy equips us with all the knowledge we need to know how to fight from victory when facing spiritual warfare. This is part 1, so make sure to take great notes and tune in for part 2 next week!
THIS WEEK'S VERSES:
“All authority (dunimus power) in heaven and on earth has been given to me.” (Matthew 28:16-18)
“Go therefore (exousia power) and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
“Jesus now called the twelve (disciples) and gave them authority (exousia) power to deal with all the demons and cure diseases. He commissioned them to preach the news of God’s kingdom and heal the sick. The apostles departed and went into the villages with the wonderful news of God’s kingdom, and they healed diseases wherever they went.” (Luke 9:1-6)
“Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.” (John 14:12)
“When He (JESUS) had disarmed the rulers and authorities [those supernatural forces of evil operating against us], He made a public example of them [exhibiting them as captives in His triumphal procession], having triumphed over them through [i]the cross.” (Colossians 2:15)
“Because she loves me, says the Lord, I will rescue her: I will protect her for she acknowledges my name. She will call upon me, and I will answer her: I will be with her and trouble, I will deliver her and honor her. With LONG LIFE I will SATISFY her and SHOW her MY SALVATION.” (Psalm 91: 14-16)
“For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires.” (Hebrews 4:12)

Monica leads us this week on sneaky ways we experience spiritual warfare that we may not recognize as warfare, as well as things that may not be warfare at all! Listen in as we funnel down practically what warfare may look like to us as women on a day-to-day basis, and ways to combat it.
THIS WEEK'S VERSES:
“A thief has only one thing in mind—he wants to steal, slaughter, and destroy. But I have come to give you everything in abundance, more than you expect—life in its fullness until you overflow!" (John 10:10)
“As the most dangerous winds enter at little openings, so the devil never enters more dangerously than by little unobserved incidents, which seem to be nothing, yet insensibly open the heart to great temptations.” (John Wesley)
“Therefore I was left alone and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me, and my countenance grew deathly pale, and I retained no strength.” (Daniel 10:8)
“I tell you this timeless truth; The person who follows me in faith, believing in me, will do the same mighty miracles that I do—even greater miracles than these because I go to be with my Father!” (John 14:12)

We're so excited to be back for this spring session! We are diving into spiritual warfare over the next six weeks, so get your notepads ready, your headphones on and settle in!
In this first episode, Tracy leads into discussion on what even is spiritual warfare? She defines it, gives us scripture to help explain it, and gives us key ways to identify we might be facing it.
In the coming weeks, we'll look at sneaky ways we might be experiencing warfare without realizing it, how to use our authority in Christ to fight it, and ways we experience warfare in our homes. We hope these episodes leave you feeling encouraged, strengthened and ready to be victorious! Because here is the good news: We fight FROM victory, not FOR victory.
THIS WEEK'S VERSES:
“Submit yourselves then to God, Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Come near to God and He will come near to you.” (John 4:7-8)
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walkers about, seeking whom he may devour; whom you are to RESIST, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same affections are accomplished in your brethren that in the world.” (1 Peter 5:9)
“For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete.” (2 Corinthians 10:3-6)
“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12)

THIS WEEK'S VERSES:
"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." (Ephesians 2:10)
"But when He, the Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth [full and complete truth]. For He will not speak on His own initiative, but He will speak whatever He hears [from the Father—the message regarding the Son], and He will disclose to you what is to come [in the future]." (John 16:13)
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit." (Proverbs 18:21)
"Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.” (Isaiah 59:1)
“Let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.” (Romans 12:2)
“For we walk by faith and not by sight.” (2 corinthians 5:7)
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)
"Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on Saul, he said, 'Brother Saul, the Lord--Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here--has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.' And after taking some food, he regained his strength." (Acts 9:17)
"And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh." (Ezekiel 36:26)
"And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ." (Philippians 1:6)

Monica leads conversation this week about Purposed Pauses, and how they are orchestrated by God’s hand for a very specific preparation and purpose. The most important characteristic of a purposed pause is that in it, God does a divine preparation in you for what He has planned next. Listen in to hear how you can find purpose in your pause!
THIS WEEK'S VERSES:
PRACTICAL APPLICATION:
If you’re in a purposed pause right now, the most important thing you can do is to stop bemoaning that you’re in one, and instead praise God for His divine orchestration of it.

This week, Tracy leads us in a discussion about Unwelcomed Pauses in life--the ones that are unplanned, unforeseen, unexpected, and inconvenient. How can we navigate these pauses well, and even thrive in them?
THIS WEEK'S VERSES:
"And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." (Romans 8:28)
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts." (Isaiah 55:8-9)
“Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure.” (Psalm 147:5)
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18)
“Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.” (Psalm 116:15)
"Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted." (Matthew 5:4)
"Praise be to the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of all compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." (2 Corinthians 1:3)
"In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, for I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)

In light of the week-long revival happening on the campus at Asbury College in Kentucky right now, Tracy felt led to share her testimony of miraculous healing on Asbury's campus back when she was a student there. Listen in to this incredible story of healing, as well as excitement about what God is doing today on Asbury's campus. And be encouraged that God is still in the business of miracles!
Tracy read Psalm 126 from the Passion Translation in this episode:
"It was like a dream come true
when you freed us from our bondage and brought us back to Zion!
We laughed and laughed and overflowed with gladness.
We were left shouting for joy and singing your praise.
All the nations saw it and joined in, saying,
'The Lord has done great miracles for them!'
Yes, he did mighty miracles and we are overjoyed!
Now, Lord, do it again! Restore us to our former glory!
May streams of your refreshing flow over us
until our dry hearts are drenched again.
Those who sow their tears as seeds
will reap a harvest with joyful shouts of glee.
They may weep as they go out carrying their seed to sow,
but they will return with joyful laughter and shouting with gladness
as they bring back armloads of blessing and a harvest overflowing!"

Thank you so much for your excitement about our return to podcasting! It's been a thrill and we couldn't be more grateful.
This week we discussed Welcomed Pauses, and explored what they look like biblically and in reality. We hope you enjoy!
THIS WEEK'S VERSES:
“The apostles then rendezvoused with Jesus and reported on all that they had done and taught. Jesus said, ‘Come off by yourselves; let’s take a break and get a little rest.’ For there was constant coming and going. They didn’t even have time to eat.” (Mark 6:30-31, The Message)
“Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” (Matthew 11:28-30, The Message)
“Let everyone be quick to hear [be a careful, thoughtful listener], slow to speak [a speaker of carefully chosen words and], slow to anger [patient, reflective, forgiving].” (James 1:19, Amplified)
“Soon a large crowd of people had gathered to listen and be healed of their sicknesses. As often as possible Jesus withdrew to out-of-the-way places for prayer.” (Luke 5:15-16, The Message)
“Because the Lord has appointed tomorrow as a day of seriousness and rest, a holy Sabbath to the Lord when we must refrain from doing our daily tasks. So cook as much as you want to today, and keep what is left for tomorrow.” (Exodus 16:23, The Living Bible)
“He offers a resting place for me in his luxurious love. His tracks take me to an oasis of peace near the quiet brook of bliss. That’s where he restores and revives my life.” (Psalm 23:2-3, The Passion Translation)
“Pause a moment, Job, and listen; consider the wonderful things God does.” (Job 37:14, Good News Translation)
