What does it mean to be the boss in your real estate biz? Obviously you are your own “boss” and there are responsibilities and hats you need to wear as a business owner, but you are also the boss of your clients. YOU are the authority and YOU should be steering the ship of that transaction. We talk about the delicate balance of how you can be “client employed” while still maintaining control of the transaction.
