Hooray! We just passed the official “Quitters Day”- this day is usually around the 14th or 15th of January each year when 92% of people start a New Year's resolution and by mid-January, they're not following it anymore.
This isn’t about shaming anyone or making you feel like a failure. I always talk about the importance of creating goals that actually align with your values, so that you’re not running on a hamster wheel, or feeling obliged to do things that you don’t actually want to do. Proper goal setting is actually about moving forward and getting to a place in our life that actually satisfies us, and we can get to the end of a goal and feel good!
In today’s episode, I talk about how to continue that alignment to make sure that you don’t quit! I speak on how to focus on adjusting and not quitting, and the steps you need to take to help you not quit, even when you really feel like it.
