Mindfulness: maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle *non judgmental*, nurturing lens.
Due to this current crisis, I will still be doing Mindful Monday yoga/meditation sessions but solo! I will try and get some community memeber to join me via video chat- In the mean time, let us just try and get through this day-by-day ☀️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️
