I want to invite us just to quiet our hearts, calm our minds. Take a deep breath. Regardless of what happens around us in the coming days, it doesn't affect the most important thing. It doesn't affect the condition of my soul. What good is it if we gain the whole world and lose our soul? So reach out to Jesus. He's there. He's near. He loves you.

I've been reminded of the power of God's word. It's the highest authority in the universe. God's word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. It's bright at night. It glows in the dark. We gather around God's word in season and out of season. Will it be unleashed in your life?

We continue in our Kingdom Series. We're opening God's word brick by brick. This is a demolition zone. Winnipeggers know construction better than most people. Today, this is a construction zone. Every Kingdom person is always under construction. Today is the wrecking ball of grace that demolishes self righteousness. Demolish our works-based salvation.

Prepare yourselves for conviction. The Lord convicted me. I pray you'll experience the same thing today. Jesus was a man on a mission. He never had accident encounters. He had divine appointments. He didn't wait for people to find him, he went to them.
