In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Justin Brach as a guest on the show, Justin is the CEO of SolarQuote.com and SubContractor.com.  Justin founded SolarQuote and Subcontractor Hub both in 2021 and both companies are very quickly pushing over $100M in revenue.

In this episode, Justin shares with us the importance of getting to monetization as fast as possible in a startup, not resting on your laurels because you have investment to rely on.  Justin shares with us some of his strategic secrets which is mainly revolving around key large strategic partnerships.

Just also shared with us his view and approach on leadership, the importance of always getting your peoples back.  Not having them work FOR you, but rather WITH you.  He shared with us that while being humble is of course important, as many CEO’s will say, it is even that much more important when times are going well.  Check your ego and stay humble through the best of times.

Speaking of checking your ego, Justin shared that being very open to the idea that your company, at some point, WILL outgrow your skillset, and being able to put your ego aside and know when it is the best choice to bring in another person that is better positioned to take your company to the next level.
