In this inspiring and heartfelt episode of Be Visible with Veronica, I sit down with Tracey Kaster—Certified Mindset, Wellness & Life Coach with a Diploma in Advanced Nutrition, and the voice behind The Good Life podcast.


Tracey’s story begins not in struggle — but in expansion.


Her family moved from Canada to Germany when her husband accepted a corporate role, opening the door to five beautiful years of global living, rich friendships, and unforgettable experiences. During that season, a simple sewing machine became the spark that awakened her entrepreneurial spirit — planted in creativity, curiosity, and courage.

Tracey and her family eventually relocated to the United States, never returning to Canada, and became dual citizens. She helped open the U.S. market for a Canadian company — and it flourished… until one day it didn’t.

What happens when a mother’s love, determination, and one very special French bulldog change the way therapy is experienced forever?

In this touching Nonprofit Spotlight episode of Be Visible with Veronica, Tosha Tharp Gaines, founder of PawsitiveFriendships.org, shares how her journey began 11 years ago when her son—then just four years old—was struggling to engage in his occupational therapy sessions.

Tosha took the therapy home, pairing the same techniques with their family dog, Zoe, a playful Frenchie who brought laughter and connection into every session. The results were transformative.
