This meditation is for all of us who despite our best efforts, somehow take on negative or unstable energy of others subconsciously. It can prevent us from being able to enjoy simple creature comforts, activities and our ability to be present for ourselves and others. I hope this finds you well and you can call upon this shield whenever you need.

LOVES!! This is it! The culmination of all we have been practicing and working with. Value and Validate and Engage and Empathy.  Phew!! Grab a smudge stick, light a candle and give this a listen as it was recorded on one of my most holiest days, Yom Kippur. There were definitely some ancestors giving their input on this episode!

I also tap into BFF Brene Brown ( I wish in person)! Her book, Rising Strong, is the inspiration behind Investigate and Involve which really is a process of self awareness and regulation alongside with the courage to be vulnerable and ask for support as a tool for growth.
