In this episode, Dianna Klein interviews Dr. Liz Lyster! Dr. Lyster is a women’s midlife hormone expert. She focuses primarily on hormone balance, fatigue, energy, and weight gain.
With both of her parents being doctors, she was always influenced by the world of medicine. Dr. Lyster dives into the topics of menopause, premenopause, perimenopause, and andropause for men.
She dives into hormonal fluctuations and how that translates into how we may feel or act. Endocrine disruptors, like diet, cosmetics, pollution, are also factors that cause implications on women’s health.
Dr. Lyster has done extensive research in chronic fatigue. Dianna talks about her experience as a long-haul flying pilot and the Federal regulations that regulate getting enough sleep. Dr. Lyster recommends at least 7 hours of sleep minimum.

The CogniDiet is renowned for its proven approach to maintaining consistent personal development and weight loss even after the program has ended. Veronique says that the secret is to trick the brain.

There is so much that technology can do to fill the gaps in care.”

In this episode, Dr. Stockwell shares with us the story of Stockwell Medical, how it all started, and what inspired her to create her own company and be of service to other people.
She talks about how she grew up with parents who influenced her to volunteer in nursing homes and hospitals. As she saw the value of helping others, she knew right away that she wanted to be in that industry. She went to college for biomedical engineering, rotated through different fields of medicine, and eventually studied to become an OB-GYN. She saw this as her calling and her motivation to create an impact and influence change in people’s lives.
