Sally's background includes a Women's Studies major at the University of Georgia, 620-hour Certification in Clinical Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Pregnancy Massage at the Atlanta School of Massage.

As a graduate of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Bender is trained as an expert in natural medicine. After graduating summa cum laude with a bachelors of science in Pharmacology & Toxicology from the University at Buffalo and top of her class in medical school she has continued her training in cutting edge therapies. 

Dr. Nell Smircina interviews Kayla Hamm a Physical Therapist who specializes in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention, as well as post-op management.

She implements a variety of myofascial release techniques, such as cupping, ASTYM, ART, and therapeutic massage, as well as neuromuscular re-education.
