Remember that you are bigger than your thoughts, which are just chatter or ego. Once you figure out that the ego is fighting for survival then you see its deception and will be loving awareness. As ram dass says😆You should become the loving witness not attached to the outcome. so be the observer and take the path of least resistance. It’s that simple.
