Day Three: Fear Doesn’t Leave — You Stop Negotiating With It
Hi it’s Deb host of, “be your empowered self”
Fear Doesn’t Leave — You Stop Negotiating With It
In today’s short reflection, we explore how fear doesn’t disappear when you’re ready — it simply starts negotiating.
This episode is a gentle reminder that courage isn’t the absence of fear, but the decision to move anyway.
If you’ve been delaying action because you’re waiting to feel more confident, this conversation is for you.
🎧 For women in their second chapter who are ready to stop waiting and start showing up — even when it feels uncomfortable.

Day 2- Do you have 5 minutes
14 Days Countdown to 2026
What do you need before 2026
Resistance isn’t a flaw.
It’s not laziness.
And it doesn’t mean you’re failing.
Resistance shows up when something matters.
Do you have 5 minutes? What is the evidences.?
It’s a pattern of behavior.
And when I looked at my own pattern, I had to laugh — not at myself in a cruel way, but with recognition.
Because the pattern was clear:
I keep showing up.
I keep learning.
I keep adjusting.
I keep going — even when it’s uncomfortable.
That’s evidence.

Deb’s 2 Cents:
I love this line because letting go is not an act of weakness — it’s an act of wisdom.
We spend so much time trying to carry everything forward: every disappointment, every responsibility, every expectation, every version of ourselves we’ve outgrown.
But the truth is this:
You cannot walk into a new year with your arms full of things that no longer serve you.
