What is advertising? Does it tell the truth, or does it make things look better than they are? Every day, companies pay millions of dollars for advertising. Some of the ads you find in different places even look like art. Some commercials today look like short movies. Are advertising advances a way to change our behavior? Are they made to make us buy things? Some ads may simply be a way to lie. Are luxury cars really as amazing as they say in their ads? Many brands often claim to be "the brand of choice", but several of them have had to stop, because it wasn't true. Personally, I don't like watching commercials on TV, they always interrupt a good program. But other ads such as those found on posters, flyers and brochures are very interesting.
