However, it is necessary to have basic education. The company offers internal vacancies for workers to have a better position and it is important to be academically qualified. If you don’t have any, a lot of scholarships are given every year to the best employees. Finally, you must understand that having one of the skills does not automatically qualify for one of the positions.
