🎙️ Beacon Baptist Sermon Podcast — Generations

Sunday, 4 October 2026 — Luke Montgomery
📖 Psalm 78:1–7

In this first sermon from the Beacon Baptist Sermon Podcast, Luke Montgomery opens up Psalm 78:1–7 and challenges us to think about the importance of passing our faith from one generation to the next.

How do we make sure the next generation knows the works of God? What responsibility do parents, grandparents, families and the church have in teaching the next generation about God's faithfulness?

This message encourages us to remember what God has done, tell the next generation, and live out a faith that points others towards Him.

🙏 Listen, reflect, and consider how you can help the next generation know and follow Jesus.

In this introductory episode, Jake, our Youth Worker and part of the church’s media and livestream team, welcomes you to the new Beacon podcast.

Each Monday, we’ll be sharing the previous Sunday’s sermon, giving you an opportunity to listen again, catch up if you missed church, and spend time reflecting on God’s Word throughout the week.

Our first sermon episode will be released this coming Monday.

Thanks for joining us at the beginning of this new journey. We pray these sermons encourage you, challenge you and, most importantly, point you towards Jesus.
