The seven churches of Asia Minor in Revelation
Although the seven churches described in Rev 2-3 physically existed at the time Apostle John was writing Revelation, there is a spiritual significance for churches and believers today.
The first purpose of the letters was to communicate with the seven literal churches and meet their needs at that time.
