It's all sunshine and rainbows until you get that "heard you were giving products for post" dm. While it is annoying to receive these messages don't let this be a turn-off to influencer marketing. Psychographics- the study and classification of people according to their attitudes, aspirations, and other psychological criteria, especially in market research.

By segmenting and narrowing your scope on your target audience you only show your ad to people that will actually buy from you.

In this podcast, I am going to justify story in an ad versus just listing all the positive effects that your company causes. How creative, interesting and interactive your ad determines the level of success that it will have. It was awesome talking to Chelsea from WhiteHearthCoffee. She has some amazing insight into the mind of an influencer and how you should approach someone for marketing. Remember that the person on the other end has most likely worked really hard to gain an audience and they don't owe you anything. I have heard of people being rude to influencers because they ask for money. They have something you want, an audience, and you have something they might want products or money.  Do not be surprised if they ask for something in return for posting.
