In today's episode, the Bearded Monkey Podcast discusses the various podcast formats the show is utilizing moving forward. 

• Solo Podcasts will consist of a 10-20 minute episode where I will touch on one news story (today, I talk about former NFL quarterback, Ryan Mallett). I will also talk about one amazing or motivational story. And lastly, I will talk about some thoughts moving on in the coming days. 
• La and Cody Podcasts will consist of episodes ranging around an hour in length. I will have one news story. One short story where we break down some key points of the story. Then, we will wrap them up with some food for thought moving forward. 
• Guest and Cody Podcasts will consist of a random guest, often times video recorded. We will have them tell their stories in their words. These will vary in length but will usually be between 60 and 90 minutes in length. We will ask all of them the following five questions: 1) Their Origin Story. 2) What do they do now?  3) How do they do what they do now (their typical day)? 4) Their advice for anyone wanting to do what they do. And lastly, 5) this is a two part question, but what are some of the ways they stay disciplined and/or motivated to do what they do? And second part, how can our listeners get in touch with them? 

I finished the episode with a short "today in history." And of course, "story time with Cody."
