Your peace is your responsibility. It’s a big responsibility, but it’s yours - and it’s about time you stopped leaving it to chance.
It’s so unfortunate that so many people lack peace in their lives but would rather blame others than do anything to acquire it. This is why Les believes people need to stop relying on their partners, kids, the environment, or their jobs to attain peace. The problem with entrusting peace to external factors is when people’s expectations are not met, they immediately pull the victim card and use excuses as justification.
This episode is the final installment of the Peace Index series. Les shares a simple framework for taking responsibility for your peace and how you can live a more meaningful life by deciding to pursue peace instead of misery.
