In a conversation of our experience, our soul's reflection and paths to liberation a soul-sister who sat next to me that night shares her thoughts with me.  While her experience was different than my own, she found a sense of newness and liberation in the days that followed. She's a practicing Buddhist and found her practice was deepened, softened and expanded. She recognized her freedom came within.

Recently, I wrote a piece for TRT-World English about COVID-19's role in calling our attention back to Mother Earth and our air quality.
