Pat and Alora start off the discussion talking about depression and how you should as a friend deal or help a friend that you feel is in that state. Thats a slippery road so if you are truly depressed you should talk to a parent, teacher, councilor, someone you trust to get the best help that you can
They also dig a little deeper and start with stereotypes and how they can get bad and get you in trouble.
Boys/Girls they all have stereotypes of things that they should and should not do. Hopefully they all get crushed someday.
They also discuss sexuality and how Pat was raised in the 90's where you had to hide who you were if it was different of the rest. And Alora gets to thrive with her ability to be open with her friends that are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
