Today Mike talks with Ken Brown from Liberation Firearms Training.

Today  Pretty Mike James gets lost in conversation with The OCR Trainer Megan Beck.  Sound familiar?  He started this conversation Monday and you MUST listen to the rest.

Megan is also one of the hosts of Middle Of The Pack Podcast.  They  were supposed to talk about her new training program "The Ultra OCR  Training" program but they got lost discussing what got her into OCR.   This ended up being a 2 part episode just due to the sheer content they discuss.  For now, sit back, relax and listen to these two discuss OCR.

Today Pretty Mike gets lost in conversation with The OCR Trainer Megan Beck.  She is also one of the hosts of The Middle of the Pack Podcast.  They were supposed to talk about her new training program "The Ultra OCR Training" program but they got lost discussing what got her into OCR.  This ended up being a 2 part episode and part 2 will be out later this week.  For now, sit back, relax and listen to these two discuss OCR.

Today Pretty Mike sits down with Beasts OCR ambassador Candice Day to talk about her new venture,  Warpaint Warrior Retreat.  They start out getting caught up with all the things in the world since last time we had Candice on the show. Due to covid it's been 3 years since she's been on the show. https://anchor.fm/beastnetpod/episodes/Episode-148-Candice-Thornton-Day---Rope-and-Dagger-e9966a

Have a listen, review the last time she was on, JOIN THE GROUP for Warpaint Warrior Retreat.

These  retreats will be fitness training camps that are destination based,  timed around nearby athletic events (OCR this year) and focused on  taking your mental game to the next level! Each retreat will be  specially designed to honor the warrior nation of that region and to  connect with the local culture. On site training from experts in the  Obstacle Course Racing field, a team to run with, recovery and fitness  injury experts will all be on staff and included in the price!

Today Pretty Mike, Brother Boggs, and Joey Mcglamory sit down with Roger Crews and talk about his 1st anniversary of running OCR with the team More Heart Than Scars.

Who is Roger?  He is an adaptive athlete that inspires us all that we can do better.  When you see him on course he is usually helping someone.  This is amazing as he has only been doing OCR for a year.  He's overcoming autism to be on course and has helped lead other young athletes with autism through races.  In 2021 Roger completed multiple race brands and was recently announced as an Ambassador for Phoenix Race OCR.

This episode is a great story about a great athlete and includes some very important More Heart Than Scars news for the 2022 Race Season.   Be sure and listen all the way through.

Today Lisa-Anne talks with Julie Wolff about the 2022 Phoenix Race OCR schedule.  Julie just finalized the purchase of Black Swamp runner to add to the Phoenix brand.  Lisa and Julie discuss the season, what all came together to make it happen. If you have never run an OCR from Phoenix Race you MUST get out in 2022 and run one.  They are all in small towns in partnership wit their council or chamber of commerce and the towns are super appreciative and love what the OCR community brings to their town.

Adaptive Athletes?  Julie and her team have you covered.  Joey  McGlamory from More Heart Than Scars is the director of adaptive  programs at Phoenix Race OCR and he will be there to help ensure you  have a safe, fun experience.
