Shannon Robnett has been building in the Treasure Valley since 1999 and is a 2nd generation builder and has completed a litany of projects from police departments, fire stations, a city hall and a long list of office buildings as well as industrial flex space. His main focus is design-build projects and development projects that take his client's needs and develops the project around that to specifically address their businesses.   4th generation Realtor having personally completed over 100 personal transactions and business ventures. He is proud of the work he does with his clients and sets the standard high to ensure the best possible product and outcome each and every time. In addition to the just building, he is also a prolific developer. He has developed multiple subdivisions and taken dozens of pieces through the development process in various cities and counties. He owns a property management company to ensure the leasing and stabilization of current developments.

Larry bought his first rental property right out of high school. He learned he had a knack for being a landlord and enjoyed real estate very much. He sold his first rental property for a profit when his first child arrived on the scene in 1996. Larry has had a successful career working in the lumber and contracting fields through the '90s and early 2000s. He finished his Bachelor's degree in Business in 1996 and ran a successful lumberyard and contracting business. In 2010 Larry joined the staff at Dudley Poultry Company as a driver and has worked his way up in the last 10 years to be in charge of the company.   In 2009 he realized that school did not adequately prepare him for financial life after school. He immersed himself in learning all things credit and real estate related. He began buying properties in 2012 and has since built a portfolio in NewYork that made him financially independent. He could retire now if he chose but chooses to continue working to continue building the portfolio. His focus has changed from duplexes to larger multifamily properties. He is looking to building his investor database and syndicate multifamily properties to be able to help others achieve financial freedom.   

Mike has spent the past 15 years in the retail and IT industry. His career experiences range from leading large sales teams responsible for $40M in annual sales to IT and business product management. In his most recent role of IT & Business Operations, Mike oversees operational processes and systems for an application that has 30,000+ users across 997 storefronts and transacts $6B+ in annual sales.  Mike is process-driven and has experience creating systems that drive revenue while reducing overhead costs. Mike began his real estate career in 2016 and quickly became passionate about this industry. After starting with a duplex, Mike knew his skill set and passion were best matches with larger multifamily properties and asset management.

Garth Schultheis is a real estate broker with eXp Realty and been an agent since 1997. Garth started in real estate investing in 1989 with his brother while he was still in college back in Indiana. He and his brother moved to Colorado in 1992. Garth has bought and sold several apartment complexes from Cheyenne to Albuquerque, commercial buildings, fix and flips, and development projects. After going bankrupt from the 2009 real estate crash, he has rebuilt his real estate portfolio with a singular focus on multifamily/ income-producing assets, not anything speculative going forward.   In the past 5 years, he has successfully acquired 209 units and has 27 units under contract, he continues investing in the long game and building legacy wealth.

Nathan Milazzo started cutting lawns with his brother and a friend around 14 years old. He always worked really hard for money and he saved a lot of it. At 19 he started wholesaling and made 20k on his first transaction, but blew it all. He learned from that mistake and started growing his lawn business and living very frugally. He started listening to podcasts all day and got hooked on owning rentals because he knew he would not want to cut grass his entire life. The first “rental” that he bought was a house hack that he still lives in today, but it has become just a house, not a hack. So he lost his interest in single families and started focusing on multifamily last year. Where he currently has a 4 plex and working on a 32 unit deal.

George and Angela O'Brien live in Western, Pennsylvania, outside of Pittsburgh in Greensburg. They started their real estate business in Western Pennsylvania almost 4 years ago and now have 158 units with some partners. They formed Progressive Property Investments, which is their management company with 4 employees and manage all of their assets and others for other investors as well. Currently, both have W2 jobs and George is CEO of the YMCA of Greensburg, not to mention having a beautiful family with 4 kids.
