In Emane's birth story, she talks about one of the key ways to prepare for birth. During her pregnancy, she prepares for delivery by aligning her body by seeing a physical floor therapist(PFT).  She discusses the benefits of seeing a PFT, which helped her to have a positive birth experience in the hospital.
