However, this situation covid-19 does not have to deter you from executing and placing the puzzle pieces together! Take time each day at the top of the hour and perform each of these task designed to be positive affirmations and have a positive impact on your routines and habits! Use an alarm to keep track of each hour to stay on pace to change your life! Here's an example timeline.
6:00 AM - Visualize: When you wake up in the morning, it's important and vital to your success that you start with positive energy. One way to achieve this is by visualizing your day going well and you having an amazing day.
7:00 AM - Focus on Your Goals: Take a moment to reflect on your to-do list for the day and attack it by tackling the most challenging task first while your mind is fresh and sharp. Write them down as this will give you an upper hand in accomplishing them!
8:00 AM - Say Daily Affirmations: Say them loud, say them proud and repeat them every day! You can find a list of our favorite affirmations right here on our blog.
9:00 AM - Spread Positive Energy: The spreading of positive vibes will not only transform how you feel, but it will also attract more good vibes and good energy back to you. You encounter our people who are operating on that high vibrational frequency and it will come back to you.

11:00 AM - Look at Your Vision Board: By looking at your vision board you are looking into your future. This is giving you a moment to be reminded of what you are fighting so hard for. Take this as a reflective moment to remember how far you've come and what beauty life you are heading towards.
12:00 PM - Write in Your Gratitude Journal: Writing in your gratitude journey brings everything full circle. This is a great opportunity to visualize that future even further and be humbled by your growth. Life is rarely going to be great every single second, but if you can find gratitude and peace no matter what you are experiencing, the positive vibrational energies will rise!
