Speak your truth is a big thing now but what is often forgotten is the part about doing it beautifully.

In today's episode, I break down the beautifully part and talk about why it's so important not to vomit your truth all over people in a way that is hurtful or rife with emotion.  If you do that, speaking your truth won't work in your favor.

Everyone deserves to be heard...everyone and learning to use our voice in a way that reflects how we really feel are very important.  However, it's also important to speak our truth, well...beautifully!
