Instead of making your rest an occasional reality, invite rest into your life more holistically and adopt it as a state of consciousness and being. 

In this episode of The BeautifulMess Podcast I am opening space for us to reflect on how we hold the concept of rest in our lives. The conversation explores how we can be more restful and why this is important.

Something that most of us already know by now is that the perception we hold about a circumstance impacts the effect that it has on us. In this episode I unpack the spirit of multidimensionalism - to highlight and suggest some of the ways that we should/can approach the complexity of our existence, and the way in which circumstances impact us.
