In this short and tender episode, I share the story behind the rebrand... from Self-Care Sermon to Beauty and Becoming... and why it was through deep self-inquiry that made this evolution not just possible, but inevitable.

This isn't just a name change. It's a rebirth. A reclamation... 

Of beauty as something full and true and innate. 

Of self-care as a devotional practice, a doorway back home to yourself. 

Of a sacred thread that has been woven through my lifetimes. 

Nothing else is changing. Same voice. Same honesty. Same weekly episodes.

It is that time again! I am back with the wonderful Carly Whorton for our monthly energy chat for July. 

First, we take a moment to honor and reflect on how the energy that we discussed for June showed up in our lives over the course of the last month.

Then, I share the oracle card that I pulled for the month of July and how the mythological story of the Selkie Woman illustrates the themes that are so potent during this season. 

Carly then guides us through all of the major astrological events and transits that are happening in July - and it's a big moment. 

As Carly explains, July is a powerful bridge, and we are being asked to explore:

• Which of our two wolves are we feeding?
• Where do we need to re-examine and re-prioritize our needs?
• Where are we placing acceptance above freedom?
• Are we nurturing past versions of ourselves, or the version that we are becoming? And are we honoring all parts of ourselves in the process?
• Are we using our personal power to serve ego or collective consciousness? 

This episode explains why we are entering into double king energy and what Hermione can teach us about freeing the dragon. 

July challenges us to make our desires bigger than our need for approval, and offers a reminder that external validation does not equal security.

Today's episode is another really personal one for me.

For years, I have lived with chronic pain. The kind of pain that slowly becomes part of your identity. The kind that quietly weaves itself into your daily decisions, your relationships, your work, your sleep, and eventually the way you see yourself. When something has been present for long enough, it's amazing how easily we can begin to normalize it. We adapt. We minimize. We convince ourselves that it's not that bad.

But sometimes life presents us with a moment that makes it impossible to keep looking away... And recently, I received some answers that confirmed what my body had been trying to tell me all along.

What surprised me most wasn't the diagnosis.

It was my emotional response to it.

Today's episode explores what is truly waiting for us underneath all of the performing. 

It's about listening to the wisdom of your body, honoring your experience, and exploring what happens when you finally decide that your well-being is worthy of your attention, your time, your resources, and your care.
