As we know COVID- 19, or the Coronavirus is making a massive impact around the globe. In our local communities, some of us are feeling an internal sense of panic and fear, and fight-or-flight response. This often spirals into a feeling of scarcity and feeling out of control.
While we may not be able to control what is ahead, we can control how we feel.
