Step out of the comfort zone and move into the courage zone.
This week's special guest, Francheska "Frany" Schoos, mother and wife courageously and candidly shares her journey through life before and after learning she battles with mental illness, and being diagnosed with Bipolar 1 disorder at age 27.
Francheska shares what brought to accepting and taking responsibility; being active in her treatment as well as how loved ones can best support someone who battles with mental illnesses. Today she is hopeful in her treatment journey; committed to honoring personal vows, walking in her new nature in God as well as in the "Courage-Zone", taking her meds and sharing with others what life with Bipolar Disorder is like and its affect on family members as well.
