Looking around, it’s easy to see how it’s more difficult than ever to feel confident in who we are and what we’re about. We are desperately trying to find identity in our groups, our causes, our jobs, or our philosophies. But the ever-shifting environment and wide-scale rejection of formerly common values and metrics of success leaves us feeling uprooted and tenuous!
