The NFL Off season has officially begun... we have cuts, trade talk and.. THE COMBINE! Yes---- football players running around in shirts and Ts-- penned the Underwear Olympics by Coach Bill Parcells. It all sounds silly but teams use this event to eyeball players, gain Intel and talk ball/moves with other clubs. The nuts and bolts of what we see on a week to week basis happens... NOW. USA Hockey had a historic week and Olympics as both the men and women defeated arch rival Canada in overtime to claim Gold. Megan Keller and Jack Hughes will be forever linked as they scored game winners. The Women came in favored and dominated the entire tourney (33 goals for, 2 against!) but needed a late extra attacker goal from captain and retiring superstar Hillary Knight to get to OT. The Men? Played well the entire event and had multiple players star in each contest. But in the Gold Medal game, the best goalie in the world (Connor Hellebuyck) showed why he has that title. Was the reason USA was around for Jack's heroics in OT. Enjoy as we break down a fun and exciting event. #LFG

The Seattle Seahawks rode a stud running back, suffocating defense and impactful special teams to the 2nd Super Bowl win in franchise history, as they destroyed an over matched New England Patriots team 29-13.  Only a gutty effort from the Pats defense kept the score in reach but anyone who watched the game knew Seattle was the far superior team. Congrats to Coach McDonald, John Schneider, Sam Darnold, Kenneth Walker and the rest of the Seahawks on winning the World Championship.

The Patriots are back...SMH. And somewhere fans of the Bills, Dolphins and Jets are seeking therapy. Somehow, Mike Vrabel and friends have turned a 4-13 debacle into a 14-3 Super Bowl appearance. They have also found a long term answer and star at QB. The other AFC East Franchises are crying in their Maypo. This team used a great Offseason, adding players in the draft (5,6 key contributors) and free agency (4,5 studs on both sides of the ball) to correct years of bad personnel decisions. Ladies and Gentlemen, your AFC Champions! #LFG

In the first of our 3 Super Bowl related previews, we breakdown the NFC Champion Seattle SeaHawks. This is a solid team in all areas but they are led by their #1 ranked defense and 2,3 key stars. Offensively, Sam Darnold is under center but both RB Kenneth Walker and WR Jackson Smith-Njigba are elite players who most be accounted for on every down. The most amazing thing about this team? Not a single starter off the all 22 remains from the Russell Wilson era. Russ was moved after the 2021 season and only the kicker and punter haven't changed. #Crazy Enjoy our Seattle preview... #LFG

The Seahawks and Patriots are going to the Super Bowl. Be prepared to see Malcolm Butler. A LOT. #2014 Both teams went 14-3 but like the games Sunday, had a completely different path. Seattle won a high scoring, big play game. New England won with minimal errors and an attacking defense set up to function in bad conditions. We break down the title games and foreshadow the Big Game next week. #LFG

The Divisional round is complete and we got 3 good, highly competitive games. The combo meal of the Seahawks and more injuries than Brock Lesnar's opponents did in an overachieving 49ers squad. Caleb Williams made more highlight reel plays but went down to a balanced Rams squad. Meanwhile, CJ Stroud lost a lot of money and Bo Nix his season. We break all 4 games down then discuss the coaching news as well. #LFG

The regular season is complete, we have 14 playoff teams and... 8 (as of 12:32 EST Thursday) Head Coaching openings!  Aaron Rodgers and Lamar Jackson ended the 2025 league year  with an amazing shootout that was decided by a missed FG by a rookie kicker. Meanwhile, Denver and Seattle secured #1 seeds and The Vegas Raiders are on the clock... #Pick1. #LFG
