The Bucs won the NFC South for the 2nd time in 3 years and are locked into the #4 seed . They cannot move up or down and the major goal of Sunday is to get some slumping players going and avoid injuries. Take Mike Evans NFC Offensive player of the week performance last week as  an example. Been close to blowing up... and BAAAM. When the team needed it? He went off. Look for Tampa to play a lot of guys and maybe 3 QBs in this game.  Atlanta is a gritty team that makes you work, so this game could be interesting. #LFG

Special players, do special things.  Tom Brady and Mike Evans are Hall of Famers for a reason and they reminded the Carolina Panthers why Sunday as they led a furious rally in the 4th Quarter to help Tampa win 30-24 over the Carolina Panthers in front of sell out crowd at Raymond James Stadium.  Old #45 (Mr. Brady) thew for 432 and 3 TDs, all to Mr. Evans. #13 who hauled in 10 balls for 207. The defense battled hard and stopped the strong Panthers run game while forcing two key fumbles. Anthony Nelson, Joe Tryon-Shoyinka , Lavonte David, Devin White, Antoine Winfield Jr, Mike Edwards and William Gholston all played great and had flash plays. The Bucs close out the regular season Sunday in Atlanta and await word on who they will face with 3 teams vying for the 7th and final NFC playoff spot.

After an up and down 15 games, The Tampa Bay Bucs can clinch the NFC South with a win today at Raymond James Stadium vs division rival Carolina. Lots of injuries and inconsistent play has plagued the team but clutch play from Tom Brady has saved 3 games and overall toughness keeps the squad in most contests.  The Panthers punished Tampa earlier this season and bring a physical, no-nonsense style to Florida. This should be a entertaining game.

The  Vikings won again on last second play, The 49ers showed why they are the biggest threat in the NFC while the 3 headed monster in the AFC continues to distance itself from the other teams in the conference. Welcome to Week 16 of the 2022 NFL season. Not everything went on script. Just ask Titans and Lions fans as well as anyone who watches the NY Jets... (Don't mention Quarterbacks) and the powerful Eagles lost a game and  more important players to injury . #LFG

The Bucs have Tom Brady and a VERY tough team. That was enough on Christmas Night as the Bucs staged a furious rally to score 10 pts in the final minuted before winning in OT. Both Leonard Fournette and Rachaad White had big nights while the defense put in Youmans work and fought hard all night. The OL is beat to bones the two starting OLBs-- Anthony Nelson and Joe Tryon-Shoyinika - played every snap defensively. Thanks to 3 come from behind 4th quarter rallies, the Bucs can win the NFC South with a victory this Sunday at Raymond James vs the Carolina Panthers.

Happy Holidays from BeavsWorld! The NFL is king and this week showed why.  Fantastic ,amazing finishes in Buffalo, Vegas and Jacksonville among others.  Kirk Cousins leading the biggest rally in league history while the Detroit Lions continue on an amazing run. The 2022 Bucs season was on full display Sunday as they played great. For a half. And very bad. For a half. Hence, a talented team that is both inconsistent and maddening. Add injured and you get the picture. The Bengals- in this authors opinion- are the top team in the AFC and they showed why in Tampa Sunday. They have very good players, are well coached (Both coordinators are future NFL Head Coaches) , play tough,physical football and have an elite QB with skill talent everywhere.  The Bucs travel to Phoenix to face the Cardinals on Christmas night this week.
