The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the Kings of the Castle (aka the NFC South) and have quietly assembled a Super Bowl Contender in Florida. They highlight our NFC South Offseason preview. Atlanta has made a QB change, has some strong foundation pieces on offense but they need some combination of draft picks and veteran players to improve the pass rush for this team to succeed. Carolina? Made serious strides in the 2nd half of the season under 2nd year Head Coach Dave Canales and former 1st overall pick Bryce Young. With a solid draft and return to health of star DL Derek Brown, The Panthers could contend for a playoff spot. New Orleans made Both a coaching and QB change and is positioning itself for the 2026 Offseason and draft, They have a winning culture, toughness and very good fan support.

The NFC North continues to be one of the more interesting divisions in the sport. As we head into the 2025 campaign, you can make an argument that 3 teams (Detroit, Green Bay and Minnesota) could win it and will make the playoffs. Meanwhile, the Bears made major changes on the sideline and in the trenches to help Caleb Williams and an under performing  offense. The Vikings also made a big move and have elevated former 1st round pick JJ McCarthy to replace the departing Sam Darnold at QB. Be on alert, #9 is a special kid, leader and talent. #LFG

We are half way thru our updates on all 32 teams and today we conclude the AFC side with the Western Division. The new standard of the league (Kansas City Chiefs) resides here and  has finished in 1st 9 straight years. However, two other teams with big name coaches also made the playoffs last season and will look to claim the thrown.Sean Payton's Broncos and Jim Harbaugh's Chargers have  great momentum and added pieces this offseason. Meanwhile, The Raiders added known commodities at QB and Head Coach plus an explosive running back in the draft and could be a very dangerous team.  Listen as we break down one of the more competitive divisions in the sport.

The AFC South is nothing but interesting. The #1 pick in the draft is now under center in Tennessee, The Jags have a massive leadership change and the Colts appear to be tiring of Anthony Richardson. Meanwhile, the division champion Texans reshuffled a porous offensive line , attempting to protect star QB CJ Stroud. We break down the South.

The AFC North is one of the more interesting divisions in the sport and has been very busy this off season. Baltimore is Baltimore and a perennial Super Bowl or Bust team. Cincinnati? They have an elite passing game and secured the entire unit this Spring BUT they have another side of the Ball with a new coordinator and lots of issues with pass rushers ---new and old. Pittsburgh competes with culture , toughness and Mike Tomlin. The aging star base made a gamble on... Aaron Rodgers a reality.  Cleveland? Semi Rebuild that features a team with as many QBs as games they might win in 2025.

NFL meetings brought good and bad--- + sad news. Long time Indianapolis Colts Owner Jim Irsay passed away in his sleep after several serious health episodes. Not a perfect man, Jim was well liked by his players and a real character. Pain and addiction is real and he and I have talked about it. He will be missed. RIP Jim. Now the good. The attempt to ban the Tush Push failed and the Eagles can still run Zero power on 3 anytime they want. Stop crying and study film. Todd Bowles did. STOPPED IT! TWICE. #VITAVEA  Meanwhile, Aaron Rodgers is dealing with off the field health issues w people close to him. Cancer sucks. Prayers up. #LFG
